What’s a celebration without Champagne? Champagne has become the drink of celebration over the years since Dom Perignon accidentally created a wine with sparkling golden bubbles. The name ‘Champagne’, under regulations and laws, is exclusive to sparkling wines produced in the French region of Champagne.
