What’s a celebration without Champagne? Champagne has become the drink of celebration over the years since Dom Perignon accidentally created a wine with sparkling golden bubbles. Many customers often confuse Champagnes & Sparkling Wines, but there is a remarkable difference between both which exceeds taste and style. The name ‘Champagne’, under regulations and laws, is exclusive to sparkling wines produced in the French region of Champagne. It is made using three grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay) that are combined to produce a still wine. The wine is bottled with sugar and yeast and allowed to mature in the cellars for a minimum of 12 months. Whiskey
